Simple and sweet, these fondants are a treat. Sure to impress just about anyone!– the(anonymous)chef
1 cup flour
1 /2 cup of caster sugar
1/2 cup The Healthy Chef chocolate
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
3 tablespoons of butter, melted, cooled
1/2 cup bonsoy
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 tsp chocolate extract
12 raspberries optional
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Grease 4 Chasseur ramekins.
Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder,1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup The Healthy Chef chocolate into a Mason Cash bowl and stir to combine. Make a well in the centre. In a separate Mason Cash bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, vanilla, chocolate and egg, add raspberries if using. Gradually pour into the well, then fold to combine.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared ramekins. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup The Healthy Chef chocolate and sprinkle over the top of the puddings.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until the top is firm. Stand for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Serve immediately with natural yoghurt.
